How it works and what it's all about:
Experience the life changing effects of yoga by practicing for 30 consecutive days! Open, strengthen, and detoxify the body and mind. Take this transformational journey with us and you will experience the amazing benefits it will have on you and those that surround you...set your intentions and join the ride! At the end of the challenge we will have a potluck dinner party, where all participants from the challenge will be entered into a draw to win two separate 1 month unlimited yoga passes at Maa.
Participants must pre-register prior to or on Oct 1st for $108+gst. Students with pre-existing monthly and yearly passes must purchase this monthly special to participate. Existing passes will be frozen and extended until after the event finishes.
Participants must complete a full consecutive 30 days of practice. Only the following exceptions will be permitted: You can miss classes and make them up by doing 2 classes in one day. Once a week you can practice in another studio other than Maa. Verification of payment by receipt is required. Home practice does not apply.
In order to have your name in the draw, attendance at the potluck is mandatory.

Try different styles of yoga. We offer a wide range of yoga styles. You can choose a class that is strong and athletic, or one that is more relaxed depending on how you're feeling
