All yogi’s welcome – absolute beginner through advanced! Yin yoga will complement all yoga practices, with a particular balance to the more powerful yang energy of the vinyasa and power yogas. You ‘surrender’ to each posture, which is held for two to five minutes to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues… allowing for emotional clearings and deep physical openings especially through the hip, pelvis and spine.
