Carah Schultz discovered yoga, 8 years ago. She chose to deepen her practice when she traveled to Australia and Bali in 2017, completing her 200hr Vinyasa teacher training at Here Yoga in Malvern, Aus.
Carah enjoys guiding gentle Hatha classes and relaxing restorative/yin classes. She uses pranayama (breath work), essential oils, adjustments and massage to ensure that all of her students leave class feeling grounded and blissful.
