Clara strives to make her teaching accessible to all and to hold space that cultivates self-exploration and growth

Clara found her mat in 2004 and quickly fell in love with the practice’s many teachings. After many years dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga, her transition into motherhood in 2015 supported a shift towards a softer and more introspective practice.

Clara is dedicated to offering her students a holistic experience incorporating yoga asana, meditation, and breathwork into each class. She strives to make her teaching accessible to all and to hold space that cultivates self-exploration and growth. Clara is a E-RYT 200 with training in Ashtanga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, as well as Yin Yoga.
