Farhad Khan is a Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher, Bodywork Practitioner, Meditation Guide and Life Coach, and is the founder of Maa Yoga & Wellness Studio, which opened in North Vancouver in 2007. His dedication to the essence of yoga and sound healing is reflected in his creation of the space and his teachings.

Having studied with various teachers from around the world, Farhad teaches from his heart and welcomes everybody to bask in the many gifts this practice has to offer.

He has been trained in many styles of yoga such as, Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, yin, somatic, and Kundalini. Also, having worked with various sound healers over the years, Farhad uses his passion for sound healing as a sound therapy tool to bring a truly devotional and expansive healing quality to his workshops. His way of magically weaving all that he has learned on his path is memorable and leaves your heart feeling full of joy.

Life is beautiful.

Farhad offers private yoga sessions and is also a lead teacher in the Maa 200hr Teacher Training program.
