Keri was the owner of The Yoga Room yoga studio in Toronto in the early 2000’s. She taught various styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Flow and Kundalini. After closing the studio and moving to back to her home town of North Vancouver raising a family took precedence. She is happy to be back to teaching again, and blessed to join the Maa community. By flowing through the postures and connecting to the breath she will encourage you to "find your edge" and continue to deepen your personal practice.
