Lisa offers a sense of playfulness, softness, and sense of humour that invites every body to the mat.

Lisa Hillhouse is happy to be joining the Maa teaching community and is pleased to share the knowledge, love and kindness that she has received for years in the studio. 

A personal trainer, athlete, and long time yoga teacher, Lisa is grateful for the balance that yoga brings to the mind, body and spirit. Lisa has her certification in Hatha, Yin, and Gentle Somatic Yoga.  She will guide you to move gently with your body and is passionate in helping people heal and release their pain. She is very enthusiastic to offer the restorative somatic yoga classes as she has witnessed the healing benefits with herself and others.

In her class you will find peace and a way to reconnect with your body from the inside out. In her spare time, she loves to practice yoga, hike, kayak and spend time with her family and friends in our beautiful community.
