I teach a dynamic all-levels Vinyasa flow that incorporates Pranayama (breathing exercises), creative alignment-based sequencing, and meditation techniques woven together with lightheartedness and love. I believe in the transformative aspects of the practice and work to make the timeless wisdom of the teachings accessible for today. As a holistic nutrition student, I also love to share what I'm learning about whole body nourishment.
