Yoga gives us permission to get quiet with ourselves and tune into what we need to restore and rebalance, so we can be our best selves. 

Toni discovered yoga in 1999 and has been a dedicated practitioner ever since. Taking her first training under a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher and continuing to train ever since in Yin Yoga, Prenatal, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Chair yoga amongst others. Focusing on the path of Restorative Yoga Therapeutics, Yoga for Chronic Pain Care and Trauma Informed yoga, Toni firmly believes that taking a yoga class is one of the very best gifts we can give to ourselves.

We all have wounds to heal and stories to understand. Yoga gives us permission to get quiet with ourselves and tune into what we need to restore and rebalance, so we can be our best selves. This compassion and understanding ripples out and touches everyone else in our lives, and ultimately, the rest of the world.
