Join us for a specialty class designed for athletes. Yoga is beneficial to strengthen and lengthen your leg muscles, improve flexibility, improve posture and prevent injury. We will practice held poses to create elasticity and loosen the muscle, joints, ligaments and connective tissues that will aid to help you run, cycle and move with more freedom.
