In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss the many benefits of meditation and tools to help create a daily practice. We will learn about the mind, how it works and how we can reduce stress and anxiety in our daily lives.



We will also experience sound healing therapy and go over the many benefits of this practice. You will learn techniques to help you cultivate stillness. Join us for an afternoon of meditation, sound healing and learning about the ways of the mind.
