Join Farhad & Lindsay as they guide you through a gentle restorative yoga sequence. Throughout the class allow the healing sounds of the sacred tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and the cosmic gongs to take you on a journey.

The sound of the gongs take you back to your essence. Gongs with their unique vibratory frequencies are known to open up channels within, which bridge a connection with your higher Self. Come bask in the healing sounds and restore your vital energy for deep healing and relaxation.

When we are healthy, everything in our bodies is vibrating in harmony or resonance. Dis-ease results when a part of our body begins to vibrate at a different rate, out of harmony with the rest. Bathing in the vibrations of a Symphonic Gong will instantaneously alter your body’s biochemistry and bring your nervous system, muscle tone and organs into harmonic balance.  Back to your own soul's song — the song of the universe.

Like adjusting a piano, your body can be tuned to achieve optimal physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Every gong bath is unique and speaks to each person in an individual way. An amazing and unforgettable experience.

The Gong is the spirit song. It is the primal whisper of the soul. It’s sounds is the echo of the Original Word that created the world, the sound within all sounds. Listen with outer and inner ears. Feel its pulsations and let the millions of vibrations dance and flow through your senses. You will become fearless, relaxed and awakened. The ancients sought this experience on the tops of mountains and at the sacred places. The voice of God would thunder in, spectacular strokes of lightning. The clap of thunder – Bang! Shatter! Roll! Echo! – stopped all thought, stripped away pretense, shook loose the deepest fears, and rejuvenated the nervous system. It created strength, peace and healing. The Gong is that sound. It is the flash of inner light. The mallet is the will of the infinite, the gong, the creation, and the sound is the spirit song, the heartbeat of the soul.
