This workshop will offer yoga postures at the wall from standing, sitting and laying down. We will go over spacious openings for shoulders, spine, hips, hamstrings and other tight areas of the body.
Learn how to use the wall as a safe and effective way to open the body with many wonderful options to allow for deep release. Learn tools to create a safe and informative home practice. Open to all levels, especially beginners.
