Join us for a specialty class designed for athletes. Yoga is beneficial to strengthen and lengthen your leg muscles, improve flexibility, improve posture and prevent injury.
We will practice held poses to create elasticity and loosen the muscle, joints, ligaments and connective tissues that will aid to help you run, cycle and move with more freedom. We will practice conscious breath work allowing you to find tools to bring about a more relaxed mental state while running, cycling or practicing any high intensity sport. Use your breath to increase oxygen intake and experience a more nourishing workout.
This class will bring balance to the body and mind and give you the space to rest, recover and heal.
