This workshop will offer yoga postures at the wall from standing, sitting and laying down. We will go over spacious openings for shoulders, spine, hips, hamstrings and other tight areas of the body. Learn how to use the wall as a safe and effective way to open the body with many wonderful options to allow for deep release.

This is a yoga class designed for men. Ideal for men that are not as flexible, new to yoga or those who are looking to gain a better understanding of their practice. We will move through a yoga sequence ideal for tight shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Come learn and stretch in a non competitive space.
