Yin Yoga Immersion & Teacher Training

Yin Yoga Immersion & teacher training

We welcome anyone who has a desire to explore all aspects of the yin practice (physical poses, meditation, breath and philosophy).

The awareness of your unique body and mind, that you will cultivate from this quiet practice of yin, will inform other yoga practices, forms of exercise and show you how to find your center amongst the busyness of life.
