Sound healing sessions
Clear any blocks held in the body with the power of sound.
Using The Gong, Quartz crystal bowls, tunning forks, tibetan bowls, and bio energy. This experience is great for releasing stress, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, cronic pain, and any symptoms of depression. Using sound to clear and work on the main energy enters of the body (Chakras). Pure essential oils can be used upon request.
Healing sessions on the BIO MAT
Using the bio mat during the sound healing session amplifies your experience and allows for a deeper connection to higher levels of clearing. Made with pure amethyst and tourmaline crystals, the infrared heat mat is wonderful for increasing circulation and overall health. Learn more on BIO MAT.
myofascial release massage
Myofascial Release: is a very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The theory of Myofascial Release requires an understanding of the fascial system (or connective tissue). These treatments can also be done laying on the bio mat on request.
