This is a yoga class designed for men. Ideal for men that are not as flexible, new to yoga or those who are looking to gain a better understanding of their practice.
We will move through a yoga sequence ideal for tight shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Learn how to create a safe practice and prevent injuries with the use of alignment and props. Come learn and stretch in a non competitive space.
