Do you seek opportunities to connect on a deeper level with yourself and your community? Do you long for a stronger presence of music in your life? Join us for an evening of connection, celebration and community!

Are you curious about the transcendence that accompanies sound healing, movement and meditation? In this practice, Savanna will guide you through gentle stretching, seated and moving meditation, breath and voice work and mantra chanting. With the aid of singing bowls, solfeggio frequencies, her harmonium and musical friends, Savanna invites you into her world of music, presence and grace.

No prior singing or voice training is required for her workshops; simply an open mind and a willingness to be moved by what we hear. You can prepare yourself by hydrating well, staying warm and keeping an open mind. You may want to bring a scarf, a bottle of water or tea, and a notebook.

About Savanna:

Born and Blossomed on the North Shore of Vancouver, Savanna has always connected deeply to the mystical music of the Earth, Ocean and Sky.

After over 10 years of yogic practice, musical study and travel she has returned to her roots to share her insights into sound healing and body movement. She now offers group and private sessions that integrate meditation, kinaesthetic exploration, energy, breath and voice work. Through the liberation of the voice, Savanna has found that we can come into authentic alignment with ourselves, improve our ability to communicate and heal the body.

Savanna is a RYT-200, trained in the Akhanda style of Hatha yoga and has taught in India, Sri Lanka and Mexico. She is now flowing towards her path of becoming an Accredited Music Therapist.
